Drivers should know what they are signing up for
A driver drove 800 kilometres to Germany because he had been promised €2,800 and a new truck. On arrival he got €2,200, a worn-out Actros and one sentence:
“If you do not like it, go back to Poland.”
This is not an exception — it is a variant of the same pattern. "Normal routes" turn into five nights in the cab. A German employment contract turns into "something on a trial basis". And when a problem comes up, nobody answers the phone.
Bewerbox exists to make that pattern stop paying off.
How we do it
Gross pay and contract in every listing
No listing can be published without stating the gross pay and the type of contract. Every company account is also approved manually.
The conversation stays in the portal
Contact between driver and company goes through Bewerbox, so agreements are written down in messages and both sides can read them again later.
Drivers rate employers
A review stays with the company and every next candidate reads it. The employer can reply — nobody is stuck with a single version.
What we do not do
- Drivers never pay
- Not for an account, not for a CV, not for contacting an employer.
- No commission on hiring
- We do not earn from where you end up. Listings marked “Featured” are shown higher in the list and on the home page.
- No ads, no pixels
- No ads and no advertising pixels. Visit statistics and campaign source are recorded only with your consent — you can change that any time at the bottom of the page.
Who is behind it
My name is Mariusz Derylak. I have lived in Germany since 2014 and I run Bewerbox from Schweinfurt. I have held a C+E licence since 2007 — I no longer drive professionally, but I know what this job looks like from the inside and where a driver is left alone with a problem.
Bewerbox is not a large company's portal. It is one person building something they would look for themselves.
