How It Works
Create a Company Account
Complete your company profile: name, phone, description, website or Facebook page and registered address in Germany. We review it by hand — we do not give a fixed time frame, and you will get an email once it is approved.
Create a Job Listing
Fill out the listing form — title, requirements, gross pay. Once your company profile is approved, drivers see the listing right after you save it. We automatically translate the title and description into Polish.
Receive Applications
Candidates apply, you respond in one panel — without switching between email and phone.
How contact works
- The conversation opens when a driver applies to your offer or when you invite them from the candidate directory. You can write straight away.
- You see the CV with contact details when the driver applied themselves or confirmed interest after your invitation.
- Document scans are shared by the driver in a separate decision — they are not part of the application.
- The candidate directory contains no phone numbers and no e-mail addresses — contact runs through the portal.

Is posting listings paid?
No. Posting job listings and receiving applications is free of charge, with no commission on hiring.
How long does verification of my company account take?
After completing your company profile (name, phone, description, website or Facebook page, and the address of your registered office in Germany), your account joins a queue we review by hand. We do not promise a fixed processing time. Posting listings and the candidate directory are unlocked after approval. Approval means we accepted your details by hand; we may compare them, e.g., with your imprint, public registers or VAT number. It is not a full check of the company and says nothing about its trustworthiness.
Can I view candidates before posting a listing?
Yes. Once your company account is approved, the directory of drivers looking for work is available right away, even without a published listing. To invite a candidate, you need at least one listing of your own. You only see drivers who have switched on their profile visibility themselves — without their phone numbers and email addresses.
Do I need a German phone number or company address?
A German phone number is not required. What is required is the address of your registered office in Germany — it is a condition for approval. Only Bewerbox sees the street and postcode; only the town is shown publicly in your company profile.
What happens to my data and the candidates' data?
We use candidate and company data to run the portal, above all to match listings with drivers — what exactly we collect, for what purpose, who we share it with and how long we keep it is described in the privacy policy. Contact happens through the built-in chat, so you don't have to provide or collect private phone numbers right away.
No time to create a company account yourself?
Send us the link to the job ad on your website (with gross pay) at kontakt@bewerbox.de – we will take over the key details. The listing is marked as taken over, stays online for 30 days and is not featured; applications go through your website. You can have it removed at any time, or create a company account later and take over the listing.
